 Manage Email  
  • You need to at least, back e-mail up, however it's not that easy.
  • Leaving machines turned on at night to ensure the backup process can run is impractical and is most likely doomed to failure.
  • You should be able to read your e-mail on your smartphone, however you shouldn't have to double handle e-mail, reading it once on your phone and again on your laptop or PC.

 

 Online Backup  
  • A successful backup strategy requires 2 things, it needs to be automated and secondly, you can't rely on USB devices
  • You or your IT Service provider should be able to view a report on what has been backed up and if there have been any failures.
  • Data also needs to be available immediately should there be a need to recover either some or all of your data.

 

 Lower IT Costs  
  • Technology has improved dramatically over the last 3 to 5 years. The benefit for businesses is Services can now be delivered at lower cost.
  • You don't need to go and buy new equipment to reduce maintenance costs, that's a false economy.
  • The focus should be on simplification and delivering the Service’s you need.
